Rachelle is a data ethicist and a First Generation American. Raised in an immigrant household, she understands the pain points and struggles of the community.

Rachelle has a Masters in Data and Society from the London School of Economics and B.A. from Suffolk University.

Tanmay is a Mechanical Engineering student at theUniversity of Minnesota, Twin Cities. He also works as an Analyst at Atland Ventures, U.S.'s first fully student run VC.

An international student, Tanmay personally understands the barriers faced by individuals with no credit history in the United States.
